Roger manages the employee administration for 200 Swiss companies and institutions: hospitals, banks, watch manufacturers, schools, universities, and municipalities. More than 30,000 people use it.

We are 25 people, and no one finances us. Our clients have been doing so since day one. Our priorities come from them.

The HRIS remains the foundation. On top of it, we add an agent that performs a portion of the administrative work instead of merely organizing it. The AI proposes, the person decides.

We value precision and things that stand the test of time. In five years, we rebuilt the interface twice and removed features that clients were using. Adding is easy. Understanding well enough to remove is much more difficult.
